MARKET REVIEW

Three-month chart: We are the bottom of the regression channel. The moving average has not been violated, but the ROC and RSquared are not significant for momentum.

4-7-17 3 month

One-month chart: The SPY continues trading below the MA20 with a negative ROC.

4-7-17 one month

Technical analysis is neutral for the short- and intermediate-terms, bullish for the long-term timeframe.

Overall: The market definitely appears neutral to bearish. With the potential middle east crises looming it is a good time to be safe.

NEXT WEEKS PLAN

I probably will not be entering the momentum stocks and continue to play options over the next few weeks. The premium service has all my option and momentum trades that you can follow in real time.
